If you follow an excellent oral hygiene routine, you are used to brushing your teeth twice and flossing once daily. However, with Invisalign, you will need to clean your teeth more frequently. Every time you take your aligners out to eat or drink, you will need to thoroughly brush and floss before putting them back in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invisalign Attachments and Trays Can Stain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you enjoy drinking coffee in the morning or a glass or red wine at night, you could end up with staining if you aren\u2019t careful. Remember to always take out your aligners before enjoying any of these beverages. Since Invisalign attachments stain easily, you should rinse your mouth and brush after finishing your drink. You may want to consider using a straw to reduce the amount of contact that the liquid has with your teeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
